Smartness n intelligence applies differently.one may think d more educated a person is,d more intelligent he/she is.but its not like dat.when we r born we have a predisposed IQ n then depending upon d circumstances n environment either it gets nurtured or gets neglected.So higher education may nt affect ur intelligence,but it wl surely make u smarter in certain aspects..what do u think?  By d way a nice poll Brianna.
