Almost all nations that suffer from poverty today including India and Phillipines is because they were ruled by Imperialistic Westerners, same people who turn today as philanthropic in their attitude doing nothing to eradicate the root cause but only extending superficial & temporary relief in return of some International applause & in some cases such as Of Mother Teresa " Propaganda Of Faith".
